Welcome to Villa Le Cliff! Our three bedroom-three bath villa overlooks beautiful Dawn Beach on the island of St. Maarten. The villa is a short walk to the beach and is located in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates. Dawn Beach Estates is a ten minute drive from Phillipsburg, the capital of Dutch St. Maarten and minutes from the border of French St. Martin. Dawn Beach is well known on the island for spectacular snorkeling.

Our custom home was completed in 2004. There are breathtaking views from every room in the villa. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has Viking appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood cabinets. The tastefully decorated villa incorporates imported ceramic tile throughout the living areas and pool deck. Housekeeping services will be provided twice per week during your stay.

The king-sized master bedroom takes up the second floor of the villa. There are spectacular views of the Caribbean from the picture windows and the two balconies. The master bath has his and her sinks, as well as a dual shower.

There are two bedrooms located on the main floor of the villa. Each of these bedrooms opens directly to the pool deck and has a private bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The partially covered private pool deck has an infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean. Teak furniture for sunbathing, relaxing and dining are located on the sun deck. Imagine yourself spending your next vacation relaxing at Villa Le Cliff!
